New Customer Flow:

 Step 1

Use the email form above to request an Automatic Rollover Agreement. Once an agreement is in place between GoldStar and the Plan Sponsor, login credentials needed to access our secure portal will be issued. 

 Step 2

The Plan Administrator may upload and transfer missing participant accounts at any time using a provided template (Excel worksheet). Delivery instructions will be provided for transferring funds.

 Step 3

GoldStar can assist in mailing an initial notification letter to each missing participant and a Welcome Letter from GoldStar. An attempt is made to locate unresponsive employees at least once each following year until the account is claimed by the owner.
